recently booked a flat in Century Central, but now concerned about its closeness to the main road & BBMP plans of road widening…really worried about the noise level (as the unit is close to main road).. also, the sales guy after signing the documents said the OC will be given 1 year after the possession.. is that the norm? or should I now be really worried!?

I am contemplating purchasing a 3BHK in Kanakpura Road and was looking at Century Central seriously. In the recent past, there are couple of more projects that I have added to the shortlist – Pride Wilasa and the proposed Prestige Falcon City.

Do you have insights on Prestige Falcon City – when is it going to be launched, is there bookings currently going on, rate psft. Interested to look at Prestige before finalizing.

Also, let me know on the potential of Century Central. I also heard that there are some issues and project would be delayed.

How do you compare Chartered Beverly Hills which is also on Kanakapura road against this apartment ? Which is a better buy and how is Chartered as a builder ?



There are many prominent coming in same vicinity and in same price range- Brigade Omega, Golden Panorama, Atlantis Liberty and Shobha Forest view. But only plus point is it this project is on Kanakapura main road. Hence after my visit to all of these projects, I’m confused as to who is offering the best and also possession date.
Since i have not heard much about this builder, can you give your inputs about this project by Century Group and how will the quality and appreciation be few years down the lane?


Any ideas on how much appreciation one can expect to this project post metro work completion
