recently booked a flat in Century Central, but now concerned about its closeness to the main road & BBMP plans of road widening…really worried about the noise level (as the unit is close to main road).. also, the sales guy after signing the documents said the OC will be given 1 year after the possession.. is that the norm? or should I now be really worried!?

Can you let me know the reliability of Century Builders. Off late most of their projects are delayed & Century Central delayed by more than 2 years.Is it still good to go with Central or should I invest in Prestige Falcon city which is very close to this project. Any thoughts?

Century Developers are well know builders in Bangalore and they fall under CAT A category . Delay was due to approvals from Govt Authorities. Compared to Prestige, Century would be ideal choice…Better Location, Price and sooner Possession.

I am contemplating purchasing a 3BHK in Kanakpura Road and was looking at Century Central seriously. In the recent past, there are couple of more projects that I have added to the shortlist – Pride Wilasa and the proposed Prestige Falcon City.
Do you have insights on Prestige Falcon City – when is it going to be launched, is there bookings currently going on, rate psft. Interested to look at Prestige before finalizing.
Also, let me know on the potential of Century Central. I also heard that there are some issues and project would be delayed.

Prestige Falcon City will take some more time. As of now no NEWS from the builder. Century Central Hold really good potential in term of ROI Mainly because of its location.

In Case, If you are looking For Investment go for Century Central. If its for immediate settlement you can consider Chartered Beverly Hills.
There are many prominent coming in same vicinity and in same price range- Brigade Omega, Golden Panorama, Atlantis Liberty and Shobha Forest view. But only plus point is it this project is on Kanakapura main road. Hence after my visit to all of these projects, I’m confused as to who is offering the best and also possession date.
Since i have not heard much about this builder, can you give your inputs about this project by Century Group and how will the quality and appreciation be few years down the lane?
Century is a reputed builder and falls under CAT A Category. The part of Century central is location. As location is the key advantage for this project Appreciation trend follows 15 – 18 %.
