hi Mr. harish i just visited there project and had a look at the model home as well, the prices they are quoting is 6850/sft where other is same locality are quoting above 10000, they say land is owned by them so the cost is very competitive, i liked the plans as well the overall project is also good, can u kindly give your opinion on this project
