I booked the plot in Century Sports Village(CSV) and after verifying the documents found that there is a legal issue going on between the CSV and Forest Dept of Karnataka and State Govt of Karnataka. On top of it they don’t have all the required documents with them. So I cancelled the booking and it has been more than 3 months now, the developer is not refunding the money. Upon calling the customer care they are saying the developer has financial issues and they are saying the will refund the amount after 2 months. looks something fshy here, the developer simply taking the booking amount and diverting it to different projects in Bangalore. I kindly request all the people who have booking the site/apartment with Century Real Estate be aware of this kind of Situation. Also i did background check on this developer and found most of his projects are under litigation. We went through Century Real Estate only because it’s a very old company in Bangalore and Has good reputation.

Couple of questions on the project :
1. Is this project good for long term investment and construction later say in 5 to 10 years ?

2. What would be the price after completion of the project and also price projected say in 2025 or 5 years if we invest now ?

3. Is there 300ft widening of IVC road, if so what is the completion period for the same ?

4. How many floors can be constructed for a 30*40 plot ? Any norms for construction if so ?

5. Heard that registrations are not happening around the vicinity near Thindlu village ?

6. Is it legally clear property and Biappa approved project ?

7. Is the builder quoting correct pricing as it’s around 2250 per sqft and adding other charges ?

8. Your finals views of the builder and project and upcoming developments around the vicinity.

Hi Harish,

I visited the site and the property looks good. Since the completion would take up to June 2020, would it make sense to just pay the initial booking amount say 1 lac and wait till the registration for paying the remaining amount?
I understood from the builder that payment needs to made every quarter for the next 1.5 years.

I am looking to buy properties for investment. I Saw lot of projects in the stretch of IVC road. Is it good to invest in Century Greens project? I am confused between Century Greens and Salarpuria Pipal tree(Magadi road). Can you please let me know which of these two projects will have better ROI. Also, I was a bit worried about water problem near Devanahalli in future. With so many plots and also a huge price variation per sq ft in that area will resale be easy? Thank you
