Hi Harish, I have looked at a property 3bhk at this project. Area is around 1877 sq ft. What would the total registration and stamp duty and the taxes. Also apart from base charges, there are charges like Bescom, Water, 1 yr maintenance +corpus(arounf 7 lakh). Please confirm if it is a good buy.
