It is a concept of weekend home and will be a very long-term investment, all we can say is the total area of the project is 100 acres so the first phase is of 32 acres and is being sold at Rs. 500 psft. So, as per our discussion with their management the second phase (Front Portion) shall be released at later stage probably 1-2 years down the line and it will be sold at Rs. 1000 psft.
The distance from the Chikkaballapur town to project area is about 10 kms, and surrounding opportunity would be Devanahalli SEZ’s, so basically it is an investment if you want to invest and leave worry-free because the builder is trustworthy and has developed several layouts across Bangalore and other cities which has given a decent appreciation.

Builder is trustworthy ?? On what basis are you claiming this ? This builder has cheated many buyers in Mist Valley plotting project. The promised amenities are not done for last 8 years. Stay away .
