With pre-launch price for 1200 sqft touching 68 lakhs for this property when possession is 2025 onwards. Does it look like a good investment? Do you anticipate decent appreciation in its price post completion?
Is it any land litigation issues with this project ? Do you know if the land owner of the DNR solace, brigade oasis and Godrej reserve is same or not ?
