There is no water supply ensured by Godrej and they propose offering possession of flats without a drop of water available in the flats. On asking how people will live without water, Godrej says it is none of their concerns. They have provided infrastructure but water flowing into the pipes is not their job. In the same project, Godrej is forcing half of flat owners to have stack parking after misleading the customers at the time of booking that they would provide an independent non-stack parking to each flat owner. Has anybody even seen half number of flat owners getting stack parking. Godrej cheated its customers. Never go for buying a flat in any of their projects in Pune as they have no respect for their customers and are extremely money-minded company looting in the name of Godrej..
