There is no work going on the project at all. Locals say this is because of a dispute b/w Godrej and the landowners and that the project will be delayed by a year or more.
Heard that Yelahanka Doddaballapur road is going to be widened to six lane. how it is going to affect Godrej Avenues. One row of flats looks very close to Doddaballapur road.
I have the same issue where have already paid 20% but yet to get any further updates with every follow-up sent i just get a default reply that by end of the current month agreement will be processed and the following month construction will begin.
even i have booked in godrej avenues and 20% booking paid. stillno sign of agreement and start of work
I needed clarifications on the schedules of payments/ delays in payments or raising invoices as per progress.
As of now, even though both ways it has been only the beginning stage of the project and the plinth is not completed, I received and invoice which is to be paid up 22nd May towards the application money. Whereas inn the original terms and conditions it is towards the end of excavation.
7.50% On Completion of Excavation
I had in one of the correspondences I had asked some pictures showing progress but nothing has come up.
Why should one pay up if the possession is in 2019 and as of now almost 20% is paid up and construction has not started.
Please answer in clear terms as I need time to arrange fund.

Builder is awaiting for NOC from Govt Authorities to start the construction. Based on their past track record, we hope they will complete on time.
What are the viable advantages of purchasing property in this particular project. Will it be worth investing and awaiting a good return after 4-5 years? Anybody has a better idea of the area and the project, then please share. Will it very helpful indeed!

After the completion of Express flyover, Yellahanka – Dodaballapur zone is developing at very fast pace. I feel, its worth investing in that zone. Average price for that locality after 4 yrs down the line will be Rs.6000 – 6500 / Sq.ft
Its better go for Plot investment for Horizon of 5-7 years, any where in Bangalore North side(Hennur road, Thanisandra, Baglur road, Devanahalli) , Hoskote areas

Based on my experience, Anytime is good time to enter into real estate investments. Project is equally good for self living / Investment. Projected Price by 2020 is Rs.6000 – 6250 / Sq.ft.
