I’m looking to rent 3 or 4 BHK. How is the water supply in this complex?


Interior finishing and attention to detail is not worthy the price. Flooring is a disaster…

Hi Harish, What do yuu think about this property in terms of price appreciation? There is dormant high voltage electric line adjacent to the boundary of this project. My concern is these lines can be active any time and what will be the implication of that if that happens.


Thinking of buying a villa but confused which…here are few options : Prestige lakeside habitat, Gran Carmen, NVT Vaksana, RBD stillwaters, Sterlng villa grande. My main reason for going for a villa than apartment, better appreciation cause we own the land..but will there be enough demand for a villa considering there is so much real estate boom in Bangalore, in terms o rental demand…would there be enough audience who would want to rent a villa paying 60 to 80K than going for a apartment of 35K rent.Please advise.
