I wanted to book a 3 BHK apartment in Southern Crest Shreeram builders. My worry is
1) is there any legal dispute with the land
2)Also it has been launched in 2015 and still has some unsold units . Construction has only started this year . This is strange considering the prime spot that the property is located ,i would have expected the property to be sold like hot cakes .
As far as you know sir -is there any problem with the project

1. No legal issue to the project
2. Initial The property was being developed by Unitech builders as a commercial project and even the foundation was laid as per the structural design of commercial building. Later it sold to shriram and thus it made shriram to switch over the plan and approvals from commercial to residential which took delay in time for approvals.
No doubt currently, The sales traction are good and the project is scheduled as per the construction milestones.

Ever wondered why HM residential properties are poorly maintained compared to the plush commercial ventures of HM? I really wonder why HM wants to earn a bad name from these residential properties when they are earning enough from their game centers, restaurants etc.

It was interesting to see the builder showing the photos of the possession cum handover, what i can suggest talk to the same people who are figuring out in the photos to get the right feedback and how much they are happy after staying in the property for years, that will put the things in right perspective and it will help the new buyers to make quick decisions.

The road built by HM Constructions in there connects the Kanakapur road and Bannerghatta road, which is one of the biggest initiative taken by HM to improve the infrastructural development of Bangalore city. I stay in JP nagar and wanted to buy a 2 bhk for stay and liked look of the HM World city.
It suits my budget and quality also seems quite ok.
But there are quite a lot of rumours going around about it being under litigation.
Is it safe enough to go ahead with this project.
Mixed opinion are common with most of the project. I advise you not worry much but to consider it.
