Dear Harish Sir

I wanted to book a 3 BHK apartment in Southern Crest Shreeram builders. My worry is
1) is there any legal dispute with the land
2)Also it has been launched in 2015 and still has some unsold units . Construction has only started this year . This is strange considering the prime spot that the property is located ,i would have expected the property to be sold like hot cakes .
As far as you know sir -is there any problem with the project

It was interesting to see the builder showing the photos of the possession cum handover, what i can suggest talk to the same people who are figuring out in the photos to get the right feedback and how much they are happy after staying in the property for years, that will put the things in right perspective and it will help the new buyers to make quick decisions.

HM world city is one of the biggest residential projects in south Bangalore, located at JP nagar 9th phase. It is located close to Kanakapura road Bangalore. It suits my budget and quality also seems quite ok.

But there are quite a lot of rumours going around about it being under litigation.

Hi, I am planning to buy a 2BHK flat in HM Indigo. The possession is expected to be in July 2015. Please advise if the price appreciation will be good considering it is 2-3 KMS away from Bannerghatta Main Road and Kanakpura Road.
Also.. will the price appreciate once the Metro train starts off at the Kanakpura Mainroad or this will not have any relevance w.r.t to the price appreciation.

I was checking this project and it seems this is good. I still wonder why they are not giving any importance for the landscape for a big project like this though.
I have a quick question, could you please help me here? – I did see a lot of old posts in internet, most of them are –ve feedback from the phase 1 owners. Is this all settled now? And all legal documents are in place for this project?

But as I was doing little bit of research on the internet I could see that there are lot of concerns that customers have raised regarding 1: Possession for the first phase, 2: Lot many things promised but not adhered to and 3: legal document breaches.
