Dear Prospective buyers, Kalpataru hasn’t completed their earlier project which is adjacent to this and the quality of construction is pathetic. Leakages all over the flats, use of substandard materials, poor response and delay in handing over of flats. Existing buyers are in a mess with Kalpataru..HENCE BEWARE. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
