Harish, I would like to know your views on the project now. With a promise date of Oct 2019 and six months of grace time as per RERA, the project is nowhere close to completion.
What do you thing now? What is your suggestion for potential home buyers? When do you think the project will be completed?
Please try and provide a clear transparent answer. The owners/MDs of Mantri Group have been barred to travel outside the country citing a possibility of default.
As a person who has invested CRORES of hard earned money, it seems as though, i am fighting a lost cause! 4 years of EMIs and still nothing to show for.

We are projecting possession at the end of 2021 & No doubt it’s one of the prime properties considering its location.
Hi, DO you think Mantri Blossom appreciation is their in coming future, as they are charging 5.6 cr for 4 bhk. Do you think this is worth for its price. Will they be able to complete the project in time as oct, 2019 as committed by the builder.

The location of the project makes the value and yes the price is worth when compared to the other projects in the vicinity and moreover, it is overlooking the lalbaugh garden which is the usp of the project. More about completion, atleast 6 months buffer time can be expected on the completion date.

My name is Raghavendra and at present i am staying with my wife at our own 2bhk flat in an apartment in ashwini layout koramangala.By 2016 we want to purchase a 3 or 3.5 bhk apartment and move in there by renting out our present apartment. My area of preference would be south of bangalore for example jp nagar,banashankari,bannerghata etc..Could you please suggest me few good projects which suits my needs and our expected budget is between 1cr – 1.5 cr.
