What do you thing now? What is your suggestion for potential home buyers? When do you think the project will be completed?

As a person who has invested CRORES of hard earned money, it seems as though, i am fighting a lost cause! 4 years of EMIs and still nothing to show for.

The location of the project makes the value and yes the price is worth when compared to the other projects in the vicinity and moreover, it is overlooking the lalbaugh garden which is the usp of the project. More about completion, atleast 6 months buffer time can be expected on the completion date.

My name is Raghavendra and at present i am staying with my wife at our own 2bhk flat in an apartment in ashwini layout koramangala.By 2016 we want to purchase a 3 or 3.5 bhk apartment and move in there by renting out our present apartment.
