We are new to Bangalore, we moved in 2014 now planning to invest in property also we don’t want to pay rent anymore. We are interested in 3+BHK also we have selected Prestige Falconcity, Brigade Gardenia, Adarsh Rhythm, Mantrii Court Yard(you can easily guess our budget too). We are very much interested in Villa type property near or within 5kms radius of 24th Main JP nagar. Please suggest where should we invest? also fromliving point of view which one is best option. Or you can also suggest any other property.

hi.i recently upgraded from 1690 to 2480 sq feet west facing unit . They claim to give the possesion by dec .my unit they have started laying the tiles and the granite for the stairs.electrical work is also goin on.

I am confused between Mantri serenity(ready ones block 2) and Mantri courtyard.
I sometimes like serenity because of its location…mall, metro, iscon temple etc. And courtyard has its charm. We are on land !
but -tive part is: serenity: time to come sorrounding area will be very crowded place and with block 2 pocession next year and still other buildings and mall in construction in following years, people will have tough time with sound ,pollution…
courtyard: little far, shared walls, project in pieces, not much development around.
cost serenity is 6090 (to be paid now)and courtyard is 6748(in 2 yrs).
Which one is better in 3 to 5 years…resale, rent, sorrounding development effect.
