Hi, I was looking for booking an apmt in Mantri Energia. Was going through the reviews for 10:60:30 scheme. Can you please address the queries of Jayadev Warrier ? I asked for some references from Mantri rep to know more of the scheme but they were the new ones and had not started with the pre-EMIs yet.

Yes, I had been to this property today.They have started the work and assures that the project will be completed within 2018. Mixed reviews are pulling me back from booking an apartment with this project. I am not sure how far its true, if some one could help answer the below questions would be really helpful for me to finalize my decision. 1) I have opted for the 10-60-30 plan, however i see few people have been asked to pay the final 30% before even the project starts(sounds weird, is there any such cases in fact) 2) Few have been facing problem in chasing the builder for the pre- emi which they are supposed to handle. Is it true? I hope such cases will make our CIBIL scores to go down and never be able to apply another home loan again. 3) The construction is proposed to be done in a new Singaporean design it seems.What exactly that means? the rep was not able to explain me much about this. Thanks in advance.
Mantri was supposed to start construction since September of 2015, but as of today (February 26, 2016), there is no signs of starting the construction and the builder is demanding 25% payment from all booking customers. There are threats of cancelling the units if not paid.

You can consider Energia for Rental returns. For 1 Cr investment, I suggest you to consider Bhartiya City – Nikoo Homes. It will fetch better ROI.
how is the momentum on this project? seems mantri isnt seems to be aggresive in selling this? also, there are news on payment defaults on loans that Mantri has taken. how real are these news and what is the impact on the project..

hy harish i want to know which one is good for investment as mantri energia or nitesh melbourne park. actually i already paid payment in prelaunch in melbourne park 1 year back now its time for agreement but i am confused whther i have to proceed in nitesh or cancell because of nagative comments of this builder but they make its premium segment so cause demand will be better in melbourne what should i do?

1330 SqFt & 1230 Sqft of 3 BHK flats, there is difference in carpet area, for 1330 Sqft carpet is around 68% , where as for 1230 Sqft carpet is around 72 %. Why this difference in same project. Can you comment on this…..

Project is officially launched now. Carpet are is purely subject to floor plan design. Usually smaller size unit will have more ration because of thumb rule of more open space and average Carpet area ration will be 70 % with most of the units.
