Papers and land titles are clear & almost all the necessary NOC has been received.
HI Harish, I heard this project still after 5 yrs lots of unsold flats and residents occupied is only around 50 flats? why is this project not selling and not being occupied, ?
and why association not formed yet ?
why none of residents have received A Khatha ?pls investigate for benefit of retailers
one obvious reason could be the high cost and also high maintenance given its central AC aprtment.

Things are not moving because Builder wanted to sell the flats post OC. But in the later stage things got stuck because of financial & legal issues of Mantri Developers.
But they have already received permanent OC since 2019. But no A Khatha applied yet. Will residents get Khatha ? is it worth to buy here ? as i heard maintence for now is quite less compared to other projects
How is this project as investment? Is this project selling well? I have heard this project is stuck, could you please help in deciding us?
