Project is good for self living. NCC provide good quality of construction too. See if you can get less than Rs.7500/Sq.ft.

Friends….if you have hard earned money then better stay away from this builder. Just go look at the quality of construction in their so called uber luxury project Ivory Heights. Horrible work, looooong delays, buyers are worried and frustrated. They absolutely do not have supervision and whole construction is at the mercy of bunch of third party cheap and low quality labours and mestrys…laughable was that they mixed mud earlier instead of Sand and then blamed it on Proj Manager when customers cried. For them customer complaints is like a normal thingy and not really a way of escalation. Terrible cheapos…..but price is no less , probably that’s how they will project being on par with Tier 1 builders…

I am looking at booking a property at NCC green province, however I am little concerned if at the current rates if this is little overpriced? PLH villas almost 10KM towards varthur is only 2.4Cr.
Few questions;
* What are the chances of appreciation of this property in 3-4years?
* How is NCC as builder?
Also where will the proposed PRR intersect sarjapur road?
