May I know if you think Orchid Greens is a good Investment still. Somehow I feel that the carpet area seems very compact. Also, the amenities or the open area is also compact or just very basic. Please advise if you think this is still worth the price considering both Investment as well as for self occupancy

i have shortlisted Orchid Green (Hennur Road) and Brigade Buena Vista.
Which property is better ?
Can you help me with few questions?

1) What is the future prospects of development around Brigade Buena Vista. As of now, there is nothing around in terms of markets and amenities?

2) Where will the property market see appreciation in coming 3-4 years?

3)If you can suggest any other good property around Hennur Road or Budigere Cross or any other area around Kasturi nagar.

Also, how is this Project comparable to Bhartiya Nikoo City – Phase II. Not sure if the price differential much; but thinking from overall value for money as well as appreciation.
