New law is applicable from April 1st, if you could elaborate on the new law how does this work.

How does the pricing vary if we have invested in the project already with the new GST of 5% and paid 5 to 10 %.

Would the further instalment from the builder be reduced since the GST was on the higher side

I read a recent news where the Proposed Metro Phase 2 passing tru Thanisandra has now been cancelled and the new sanctioned plan says it goes from Hebbal ?
Could u give more depth details of this change and would Thanisandra main road not have a metro project ? If not what other road projects are proposed by the govt authorities ?
How would this impact the growth of this location without metro ?

Really appreciate the effort you guys have taken in evaluating the properties and sharing neutral reviews.

I am looking for an investment property (2 BHK apartment) which can give a good rental income as well as decent resale value in another 4 -5 years horizon. I have shortlisted three properties; Brigade Bricklane , Goyal Orchid Piccadilly (both in Thanisandrda road) and Salarpuria satva East crest (OMR). I have two questions:

1) If I have to choose between Brigade Bricklane and Goyal Orchid Piccadilly, which one would you suggest for a good return in 4-5 years.

2) Would Thanisandra be a good investment location or OMR? I mean if I have to choose in between one property in Thanisandard and Salarpuria East crest, what would be your suggestion?

3 bhk base costing is coming at 70 lakhs approx and the overall costing is coming at 90 lakhs ?
The differencial amount of 20 lakhs is way too much I feel. Kindly give me ur insights as the carpet area for 3 Bhk is only 1072 sqft approx.
Could you elaborate more on the pricing charged and it’s worth, agreed there are ameneties in the project is good. Also builder is giving a flexible scheme for payments as well.
