How does the pricing vary if we have invested in the project already with the new GST of 5% and paid 5 to 10 %.

As far as i know, New GST will be applicable for the projects which will be launched post April. Builders can’t pass the input credits as they would have already purchased the materials for the projects. Builders might increase the base price to show 5 % GST.

I am looking for an investment property (2 BHK apartment) which can give a good rental income as well as decent resale value in another 4 -5 years horizon. I have shortlisted three properties; Brigade Bricklane , Goyal Orchid Piccadilly (both in Thanisandrda road) and Salarpuria satva East crest (OMR). I have two questions:
1) If I have to choose between Brigade Bricklane and Goyal Orchid Piccadilly, which one would you suggest for a good return in 4-5 years.
2) Would Thanisandra be a good investment location or OMR? I mean if I have to choose in between one property in Thanisandard and Salarpuria East crest, what would be your suggestion?

a) Around 2 Million sq ft of office space is to be developed between Hebbal, Bellary Road, Thanisandra and Hennur Road
b) An estimated investment of Rs. 292 crores have been planned for the improvement of ORR. This will connect Thanisandra to the far South, East, and West of the city.
c) Bagalur KIADB IT SEZ (5000 Acres), Bagalur Finance City (50 Acres), Hardware Park & SHELL Park are the upcoming investment destination in North Bangalore

Pertaining to Water supply all we can say is since the infrastructure growth towards North Bangalore is tremendously fast changing so this should not be a concern and it is a basic necessity, things will fall in to place, as it is approved by BWSSB board.
