I am interested in buying an apartment at Wind Fields, Yamlur. But the approach road to the apartment is very narrow. I want to know there is any possibility that the road between Prestige Kew Gardens to Wind Fields is going to be widened?

I have the following queries: 1> Does this area come under any of the storm water drain encroachment? 2> How is the Water availability here, i hear there is no water in that region (Borewell) , even for the Prestige Kew Gardens the same issue. 3> Is it worth for investment/self staying 4> Are they good builders.
