– Expected Rental return for the project is Rs. 35 psft pm., and it shall be maintained by prestige facility management
– No official announcement has arrived from builder regarding any tenant but as far as we know from the market source they are in verge of finalising with some reputed client, and we shall reveal it once we get the accurate information
– In Terms of ROI, As of now, TE will fetch more due to its promised returns for 3 yrs of Rs. 60 psft pm; but in the long run both the property will yield almost same ROI.
