This Privacy Policy explains how Homz N Space (“Homz N Space”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal data when you use homznspace.com, including our Google Search campaign landing pages. Homz N Space is an independent real-estate advisory and channel-partner business and is not the official website of any project developer unless expressly stated.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Homz N Space is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and its enquiry forms.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • Your name, mobile number and email address;
  • Your property preferences, budget, configuration, purchase timeline, purpose and enquiry intent;
  • The project and landing page connected with your enquiry;
  • Advertising and attribution information such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, campaign, ad group, keyword and UTM parameters;
  • Technical information such as browser or device information, IP-derived security information, referring page, session identifiers and server logs;
  • Your consent choice, the date and time of consent, and the version of the notice shown to you;
  • Lead-quality outcomes such as qualified lead, site visit completed or booking completed; and
  • Submission, transaction and upload identifiers used for security, reconciliation and conversion deduplication.

Please do not submit another person’s information unless you are authorised to do so.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide project information you requested;
  • Understand your requirements and arrange authorised sales follow-up;
  • Maintain lead records, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions and protect the website;
  • Measure whether advertising generates genuine, qualified enquiries;
  • Return advertising click identifiers and lead-quality outcomes to Google Ads for conversion measurement and campaign optimisation and, where you separately consent, use contact details for enhanced matching;
  • Analyse website and campaign performance;
  • Maintain audit, troubleshooting and upload records; and
  • Meet applicable legal, regulatory and dispute-resolution requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. Google Ads conversion measurement

We may send an advertising click identifier, the relevant conversion milestone and date/time, a submission or transaction identifier, and the recorded consent status to Google Ads for conversion reporting and campaign optimisation. A click-ID-only measurement record does not include your name, email address or mobile number.

If you separately select the optional Google Ads measurement consent, your email address and/or mobile number may also be transmitted to Google over secure connections. Google normalises and processes that contact data in hashed form for matching. If you do not grant, or later withdraw, that permission, we will not include your email address or mobile number in future enhanced-matching uploads. Click-ID-only conversion measurement may still occur where permitted.

We set ad personalisation to denied for these offline measurement records. Google processes the data under its Customer Data Policy and applicable data-processing terms. You can also read how Google uses enhanced-conversion data. Homz N Space does not sell personal data as a standalone product or provide it to unrelated parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies, tags and similar technologies

The website may use first-party storage, cookies, pixels and tags for security, session continuity, analytics and advertising measurement. Services may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Meta technologies and WordPress hosting, security or performance services. These technologies may process device, page, interaction and campaign information according to their own policies and the consent controls made available on the relevant page.

Where consent mode is used, advertising storage, ad-user-data and advertising-personalisation signals are set or updated according to the choices supported by that page. Browser settings may also allow you to delete or block cookies, although some security or form features may then work differently.

6. Consent and your choices

Paid-search enquiry forms use one required unchecked checkbox for consent to contact you about the project and a separate optional unchecked checkbox for Google Ads contact-data measurement. Leaving the optional measurement box unticked does not block the enquiry. We record the contact consent, the measurement choice, the time and the notice version so that each choice can be audited.

You may choose not to submit the form. You may also ask us to stop contacting you or withdraw the optional contact-data measurement permission by using the contact details in this Policy. After a verified withdrawal is recorded, we will exclude your email address and mobile number from future Google Ads enhanced-matching uploads. Click-ID-only campaign measurement may continue where permitted. We do not treat silence, inactivity or a preselected box as consent.

7. When we share data

We may share only the data reasonably needed with:

  • The relevant project developer or authorised sales team when necessary to answer your enquiry;
  • Google and other measurement or analytics providers described above;
  • Hosting, security, form-delivery, cloud spreadsheet and technical service providers acting for us;
  • Professional advisers, auditors or regulators; and
  • Law-enforcement or other authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Service providers are expected to process data only for the agreed purpose and with appropriate safeguards. Some technology providers may process information outside India subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.

8. Retention

Retention varies by record type. We keep enquiry information while the enquiry is active and thereafter only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, fraud and duplicate prevention, measurement, audit, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Consent, transaction, upload and suppression logs may be retained separately to evidence the choices and processing recorded or to honour an opt-out.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal data, including validated form submission, restricted server-to-server delivery, access controls, duplicate protection and transaction identifiers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we identify an incident requiring notification, we will take the steps required by applicable law.

10. Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about the personal data we hold, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data no longer required, withdrawal of consent, restriction of future marketing or measurement use, or grievance redressal.

Withdrawal affects future processing and does not undo processing lawfully completed before the request. We may retain a limited record of the request and prior processing where reasonably needed for audit or legal obligations.

11. Children

This website and its real-estate enquiry services are intended for adults. Do not submit personal data for a child unless you are legally authorised and the submission is appropriate for the requested service.

12. Third-party links

The website may link to developer, RERA, map, finance, social-media or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for their independent processing.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. If a material change requires fresh consent, it will not be assumed merely from continued use.
