Hi Harish,

We are NRIs considering investing in a 2 or 3 bhk in one of the 2 places –

1. Adithya Tranquil located 3 km north of Yelahanka near NITTE Meenakshi college, on Bellary Road

2. Orchid Piccadilly located 6 km north of Manyata Tech Park on Thanisandra Main Road, in Thirumenahalli.

I’d like your inputs on build quality, accessibility, property appreciation and rental potential on these properties to help me decide between them. Also heard that there’s a plan to introduce a metro line to airport, from Nagawara via Yelahanka to Devanahalli. Since there’s no such plan for Thirumenahalli, would this be a disadvantage in future ?
