I am concerned that very professional teams like Homz and space start promising 6-8% growth for the overpriced and uncompleted projects.
The market is getting tougher and a lot of people are already invested in plots and no one building homes. Nearby Nisarga layout price jumped from 1200 to 3000 rs in short time and with so many houses price is not going up.
Anyway if you want to put your hard-earned money make sure you go for registration soon. don’t place your money on any company and wait for them to complete on schedule. You can buy on any layout once its ready for registration with a bit more money but with a peaceful mind.
