1.Project is good for investment. We have projected 10-12 % Growth rate YOY.
2. As per 2022 – 2023 annual report published by Exide; They are following all the rules as per pollution control board and they have also declared that they are not contaminating ground water table.
3. Builder is quoting as per market standard. In fact project has received overwhelming response.
4. Water is not abundant across Bangalore & Residents need to depend on Borewell & water tankers Just like all the communities which are in Bangalore.
5. Since the project land falls under STRR Development Authority. Project Needs STRR Approval and need not worry its as equal and good as BDA/ BBMP/ BIAPPA / NICE / BMRDA.
6. Since the project is on high demand and doesn’t have any legal issues. Builder is demanding standard process to have more serious property buyers to the project.

I have a follow up query on the investment potential in Devanahalli vs Sarjapur.
Folks say that Sarjapur is good for investment and self-use (self-use I agree) but AFAIK, other than Prestige City (and the distant Godrej Woodland @C.Tirupati), there are no other top builders (of course now Purva Land). This is confusing. For investment, which location should be the first priority (Devanahalli or Sarjapur ?). If I have to make one choice between PurvaLand Medihalli and Prestige Sunset park, which one is better option ? Any other suggestions, most welcome !!

My Pleasure Ashish Sir, You are right Devanahalli is good for long term investment as of now & I advise you to consider investing in Sarjapur Road because you can witness great returns in short/ medium term since its close to good schools, malls, hospitals & commercial establishments when compared to Devanahalli. My suggestion would be PurvaLand Medihalli.
