Hi…i am planning to buy an apartment in purva skydale… i just wanted to know if the harlur lake will overflow and cause any sort of trouble and regarding the drainage in front and side of the building.
I would suggest you wait and watch for a year at least. Price is expected to come down I’m very sure there will be distress sales you can take advantage of.. You will know how things proceed with infrastructure around that area and also how things are with rainy season etc. It’s a traffic nightmare with narrow silver county road and harlur main road. Price will correct in Harlur road properties at least by 10 to 15%.
This correction of 10-15% is huge. How far is it true?
very much true… just check in this page above on the difference between investor stock price and purva price… and the investor stock is not selling like hot cakes.. unless you are buying for end use and need it urgently I would say that you should stay away from buying any property.
You can check purva skydale website. They themselves have advertised 9% discount. Imagine the discount you will get in secondary market

Is this 83L just a starting price for the investor stock? I think its better if we can get to know the real price based on the actual availability. Even the investor stock looks expensive considering projects like Bren listed in your site that’s probably better price wise and is in Sarjapur road but Skydale is not.
If you are a buyer which one will you recommend? Skydale investor stock or BREN? I think both are equally good builders.

In your website its mentioned as Approx. Final Price Including – Car Parking, Taxes & Registration is 70 L onwards for 2 bhk after the discounted sq ft rate to 4600/- but when we talk to people ther they provided cost estimate of 83 L for 6th floor. Please let me know why is this difference.

The price mentioned is for ground floor unit with smaller dimension unit and with out any preferential location charges and moreover the size of the unit and floor level differs. Hence the difference.

Looking at the connectivity to International Airport and CBD areas of Bangalore, Raaga is good project to invest in and even the price is competitive, we suggest you to scrutinise the legal set through good lawyer and proceed with buying option; Preferably anything discussed with builder if taken in writing could be better for your future references

Suggest you to wait till completion of the project; further enhancement in the price happens at the final stage., and also more buyers can be expected.
It will be handed over by mid 2018 with an additional six months buffer. So, I expect it to be ready to occupy early 2019 (worst case scenario). I think it would be best to hold until possession as that gives confidence to the buyer. BTW, are the new launches reducing by cat A builders in Bangalore? If new launches drop then that will benefit those planning to sell flats that have been given for possession.

Purvankara Skydale is a illegal apartment complex in Bangalore. No Occupational Certificate will be provided to the residents. People may invest 70 lakh to 1.5 crore, but those investments will be useless as there is no value for these apartments and may face demolish order any day.
Even if approved tomorrow, this apartment complex will have open drain going through the apartment complex and amenities area acquired by the government.

Looks like Rajesh has some vested interests in defaming Purvankara with fake news. Or May be he is related to BBMP mayor.
BBMP has demolished the outer boundary wall of Purvankara Skydale on 16th Aug, 2016.

Palm beach is for resort like living. Its a good idea to buy one if you plan on living there. For investments, something more serious like purva skydale is a better choice that is close to It hubs.
