We have not reviewed the project, though the location of the project is good, we are not getting favorable answers for delay of their other project “Ithaca”, hence once we get the satisfying result or response from them, then we will update their new project.
At sumantra ..you can look out for Mantri Webcity which is your range and with excellent quality and amenities… Have a look as this is newly completed project and very few flats are available.

Purva Waves is now 4950/sqft base price with Super premium being 650/sqft and premium being 400/sqft over the base price. Based on their strategy of pre launch with Phase 1 and Phase 2, probably a better price will be available in Phase 3 pre launch which will be less than the current price of Phase 2.

“Alchemy Urban Forest” – 4400 psf, hope farm junction
Can you please tell me which one of these will see most appreciation in coming years and which ones are good for rental purpose.
