Whether Rohan Akriti is good Buy now? they are quoting 72 lakhs for 2bhk. Whether legal documents are proper for this property. I am talking about Phase 2.

Yes, Rohan Akriti is a good choice in kanakapura road because of its competitive pricing and comes with No Pre emi offer and also enhance good quality construction.
2. Kanakapura road is witnessing substantial growth in terms of infrastructure development, quality educational institutions, wider roads, availability of groundwater table, upcoming malls and metro connectivity to other parts of the city makes a good residential option.
3. Currently, for electronic city area, you can take Nice Road access, and for other IT hubs, the regular direction via Banashankari-BTM is the access until other phases of metro get complete.
4. A decent of CGPA 8%-10% YOY can be expected.
