We are looking at inversting in this propertyr. Heard it is a joint venture with D.K Shivkumar. Does the recent IT raids on the minister’s assets pose any threat to this property.

There is a ;ot of confusion w.r.t Vrishabhavathi Drain next to divinity. Is the distance adequate since i believe new regulations relted to rivers/lakes have come in Bangalore.

As per the plan and the documents shared by the builder, I see that the property does not belong to questionable area with respect to nala/lakes.

Hi Harish, I’m looking for a 2 BHK around Mysore Road (main road ) vicinity and have looked into Salarpuria Divinity ( when compared to Pride Enchanta, Birla Aspire and Prestige Temple bells) . My requirement is not immediate and can wait upto 2 years. Is Divinity a good choice ? Few of my concerns – Plan approval yet to come , JV on the Land ( heard some political involved) , Sewage running behind the project and more over the time of completion . Currently they are quoting at 5100 per sq ft – is it good to invest and what would be my returns at the end of the project or rent for a 2BHK (1209 sq ft) ?

Hi, we are looking for a property in Divinity project of Salarpuria on Mysore Road. Will the presence of a BWSSB Sewage Treatment plant and Vrishabhavati Nala nearby affect the quality of living. We are concerned about the foul smell that might be coming from nearby Nala & Sewage Treatment Plant.

I would also like to know about Mahindra windchime. Mostly new projects are coming on the outskirts. I would prefer to stay connected with the main city. Do you have any suggestions for something within the city? My budget is around 1.5 cr.
