Hi Harish, I am currently living in Elita Promenade in JP nagar 7th Phase in a 2-BHK. I want to upgrade to 3-BHK (about 1800 SQFT) in South Bangalore or Whitefield. My office in in outer ring road (RMZ ecoworld) and my daughter is currently studying in DPS South Bangalore. Which builder should I go for? I tried Brigade Cosmopolis, Prestige Lakeside Habitat. But, it looks to be pricy at current rate. I am also looking at Skylark Ithaca in KR Puram. Is that a good builder? Also, at Kanakpura Road I am seeing Nitesh Ceasar.
