Hello Mr Achar. Is the 12th floor of Salarpuria Celesta’s Koel Block Legal. Builder is claiming that they have got the approval. The master plan had only 11 floors.



what is the per sqft in this area now ?
5690 and plus floor rise is too much for this project ?

The mall you are saying, is it the one in BGT (Brigade Golden Triangle)?
I guess, mall over there will be less crowdy and successful.

What about the price in Celesta ?
I see that builder has increased the price to 5690,
Do you think this area demands such a price ?

All i see is that Phoenix mall in Whitefield and Gopalan mall in old madras road..(atleast 5 to 6 kms aways)

Gina shalom is best project in that locality. Pachima waterfront construction work is stopped due to regal issues. Salarapuria construction isn’t upto the mark than Gina. Gina is a civil contractor for last 50 years.

I agree with pashima. when i last visted in march 2015, they said they will deliver in Dec 2015.
I disagree with your comments on celesta.
But celesta is still on schedule and when i checked the site last week, it is on track for sep 2016 delivery.

Gina is not a brand and when i checked it has smaller spaces and no good amenities.
i had zeroed in on golder triangle for the price i have got.

And also there is lot of discussion on other blogs, about the quality of the tiles that salarpuria is using in celesta project.

Can builder build an extra floor without approvals and without informing the owners?

can you share any source that talks about the 8 lane highway or the metro connectivity to Hoskote from KR puram.

I heard that as well but am not able to find any credible source on the net.

I guess the completion date is 2016 dec.

How far is the Bilal Masjid from the site ?


Hi Harish i suggest you to dont compare Pashmina with Salarpuria Brand. All aware how Salarpuria Quality but i not seen any building of Pashminas in bangalore.
