Hello Mr Achar. Is the 12th floor of Salarpuria Celesta’s Koel Block Legal. Builder is claiming that they have got the approval. The master plan had only 11 floors.

All i see is that Phoenix mall in Whitefield and Gopalan mall in old madras road..(atleast 5 to 6 kms aways)

As of now, Brigade is coming up with Orion Mall near budigere – Kanamangala junction.
Gina shalom is best project in that locality. Pachima waterfront construction work is stopped due to regal issues. Salarapuria construction isn’t upto the mark than Gina. Gina is a civil contractor for last 50 years.

I disagree with your comments on celesta.
But celesta is still on schedule and when i checked the site last week, it is on track for sep 2016 delivery.
Gina is not a brand and when i checked it has smaller spaces and no good amenities.

Builder cant build more number of floors without approval or TDR and as far as i know, salarpuira provide decent quality of construction & flooring.

If the supply become more its problem for builder only. so don’t worry, Builders do their home work before launching any project and as we have not reviewed Gina Shalom project, i wont be able to comment on the same.

You can expect 12 % appreciation YoY. On the commute to the city future Metro connectivity will be a alternative channel which connects to Hoskote as well. Hoskote will be the next hub as they are planning to widen the current OMR road to 8 lane road.

Advantage of Celesta is the connectivity from the project; it connects to North Bangalore and East Bangalore as well. Celesta is meant for dwelling than investment and Lakefront has too many apartments compared to Celesta. Comparatively floor plans are spacious in Celesta.
