2. What would be the rental value for a furnished flat in this building at this point in time?

Hi Harish..what would be the rental value for an apartment of 2215 sq.ft in Salarpuria Luxuria at this point in time?


Harish, I am just retired and wanted to buy an apartment of 3BR with about 2000 to 2500sft, preferably in North B’lore. we need good access to markets and medical assistance. Staying at Embassy Heritage next to Saparpuria, which is good and convenient, but only about 1500 sft.
Can you suggest any new or resale flats as we need ” ready to move in” or nearing completion
