I guess now the common man needs to hear from horses mouth. I am a resident of magnificia and reside in tower B 702. I have purchased this flat in September 2018 when I paid about 3 lakhs rupees for bloody automation for the electricity panel thinking about all the possible benefits. However, all this really sucks. Even after paying so much the systems never work and you keep on calling the guy to fix it. Interestingly there is no after sale service that happens. I personally think that the electrician will once after the fire out broke in the apartment and everything turns into ashes. This is just one part of the sad story about this community and if you want to listen more you can always come to the above mentioned apartment to get a candid feedback. If you want would definitely not recommend anything to buy an apartment or even take it on rent. To conclude, everything that shine is not gold and people reading this are intelligent enough to make a wise decision.
harish achar ,sir ,is 3 bhk in magnificia 100% vastu compliant .please confirm .i find that kitchen should be on north east side but it is not so .similarly master bed room should be on south west side but in floor plan it is not so .please confirm

No, its not 100 % Vastu Compliant & Its very difficult to get 100 % Vastu in apartments. See if you can get any unit with South East / North west Kitchen & as you have mentioned South West Master Bedroom.

approach road is a big problem. It’s right next to tin factory (major bus stop).
Anywhere you want to do, you’ve to go via the bad traffic KR Puram is.

I am looking into two properties one is Salarpuria Magnificia and other one is NCC Ivory. Which one is better from your view. I also see staff from NCC very co-operative and staff at Salapuria not so very co-operative.

Interms of Brand, Location & ROI both are equally good.
Exit and Entery road is also not very convinient.
I do not see much discussion about Salapuria Magnificia on OMR in any forums. Any reason for that. Secondly this project does not have any open Balconies, all the balconies are Kind of full length open glass doors. I am not sure if a house without any open balcony is advisable to buy.

I doubt Cauvery Connection to the Project. but it has got Bore wells. Gorund water level is good…so,There wont be any major water issues in the future…
