There is no land parcel available in Bangalore ..kempe gowda layout is the last bda layout in Bangalore…considering these ..this might be a good bet ..yes it’s pricy ..but you get good and a well formed layout with wide roads and green parks ..and a good community to live in next 5 years.


My thoughts too, 1500 is max for this. Overpriced for a location which is so far away

Are you kidding me? INR 2,100 for Tavarakere?? That too which is a further 9 km from NICE Road??? A more realistic pricing is the need of the hour.
