Shapoorji Pallonji a very well known name in real estate, such that we blindly booked a premium A/c flat in SP residency -lll at their SP infocity premises at Fursungi Pune (IBM), as they showed the premises as a part of project so the we can use the amenities of SP infocity their swimming pool recreation Center, restaurant etc. but all in vein! Even after 5 years they have no intentions to complete the work which started early in 2018 and 14 floored structure was ready within 2019 but then after excuses like change in promoter that to multiple times, rain, then Covid-19 etc etc. Extension was taken twice but failed to complete in time. We are helpless as no one from SPRE seem to be interested in such a small project of 112 flats, where as the commercial project of Amazon is ready which started far after the SP-3 project. They have no values for their customers. Very sad!!! Reality!!!

Its strange that a brand like shapoorji doesnt live up to their word. The salesperson – Shravan did not give any clarity about the role of image realty in the project. It was only after we paid 45000 token and checked rera site, we realized that that the promoter on rera is image realty and not Shapoorji. We were told that our token amount would be returned to us 30 days post cancellation – no questions asked. Because we were unsure about Image realty we decided not to go ahead and demanded a refund of the token. The salesperson is now very unresponsive and they dont even bother to reply back on emails. So, my hard earned 45000 seems lost and I feel cheated.
