Could you give insights on the investment around this project .
I was planning to invest in a site which is opposite this project hardly 100 metres.
What would be the future appreciation around the vicinity and would it be a good call to invest for long term.
What is the current rate per sqft and what would it be if we invest in plot in the next 5 to 10 years ?
Would this come under BBMP in future ?
Also the metro stretch ? Would it come up around the vicinity and any other growth infrastructure to push rates.
