I have purchased a 2BHK in No Cost EMI scheme and by the time they asked for 2nd disbursement we discovered that there are multiple pending legal issues with the land and out of which only one legal issue is public. This project was supposed to be started by July 2019 and was supposed to be completed by Jan 2022. Their estimation was 18 months of construction time.

By the time pandemic has started they had atleast 8 months of time by which they should have completed atleast 25% of the work whereas in reality they have barely completed excavation and basement work for few blocks. By end of 2020 they were done with basement work for majority of blocks. This is how they were progressing and they throw the entire blame on pandemic. They deny the fact that they had a stay order from court and they deny the fact that there are multiple pending legal issues on the land. Even after couple of physical visits and multiple emails to the higher management no one gave a damn to the issue and all they offer is some alternative dummy lands to shift the investment. They are top tier corporate frauds, be careful.
