So many people are facing utmost mental agony with they way they have been handled. You have to forget your money as per them if you dont wish to proceed. AS PER LAW THEY CANNOT FORFEIT YOUR BOOKING AMOUNT BEFORE YOU ENTER INTO A REGISTERED CONTRACT. Even then Indian laws do not allow any builder to forfeit the entire 100% of your amount.

They just want to force you to stay with them and suffer for life with your money stuck in their pockets.
