Both the projects are equally good in terms of location. Forest Edge has better specs when compared to Arena & whereas Arena holds the upper hand in terms of amenities & density.

I am planning for self use and also appreciation value of Flat.
Sobha are quoting around 1.76cr for 3BHK+study Flat.
What do you think on ROI perspective and if its ideal buy with possession around 2021.
