I was planning for 3BHK+study Flat at Sobha Forest Edge project which is currently in pre luanch.
I am planning for self use and also appreciation value of Flat.
Sobha are quoting around 1.76cr for 3BHK+study Flat.
What do you think on ROI perspective and if its ideal buy with possession around 2021.
