They keep asking for funds at regular intervals according to the agreement. we have to be careful about this. They charge interest if we do not pay…

I have withdraw from this project as I am not comfortable with their future plans on Nala.( I cannot take my money back now, but I am promised they will not deduct and I can invest same fund in their future projects which will come up in next 3 months if I wish to or it will returned . I cannot advice you anything , since its one of the best property in the area and assume that there is no Nala when the property is completed. I for one cannot over look the nala ( My no. overseas)


I have purchased a 3BHK in 2nd block. even my experience with Sobha on this project is not that good. I think the nala that is being talked about is after the party lawn not very next to swimming Pool and more over what i have seen is this only a contingency nala for storm water and currently its dry even in rainy season i have not seen any water.
However, we need to create group so that we can share info and updates. please email me so that we can create a group shobha valley view


I had booked 2 BHk, 4th block, pool side and was assured there is no nala , sewage treatment Plant or graveyard ,nearby as i am unable to visit site. While now when i received sales agreement developer has clearly mentioned that Nala is flowing in middle of the phase 1 and phase 2 property as also this nala is very next to swimming pool . When i objected that they have have hidden this information , they came back saying that they will divert this nala from nice road, but will not mention this in the agreement . Now my question is 1.) Can we take their verbal assurance 2.) What after handover they are still not able to get permission to close or divert .

This nala at some places is 7ft to 20ft wide and at some places narrows downs to 3ft, , in this case who will be responsible to build and cover Nala as sobha says they will cover or they will plant tress again my view from 8ft floor will have visual view of it of it.

Anyone observed? With those small sized French balcony, the end user is deprived of a proper balcony…no space for even drying cloths

We are also looking for investing in this project. I find this project too crammed compared to other shobhs projects. Whats your view on this? And they say they will provide tennis and basket ball courts in phase 2. Is this how it is always. Your comments will be helpful.

Are you sure of the price of 5800, seems a bit expensive. The approach road, nearby surroundings are not great. Any other information that can throw some light to justify this high price.
