Hi Mr. Harish, in terms of the current price quoted for Deodar 3 BHK 1680 SQFT blocks, which is around 4500/- PSQFT by marketing team, what’s the appreciation value you would expect by 2018. Is it really worth paying this hefty price given the location is too far away from Bangalore??? Thanks & Kind Regards
