Hi, I am looking to sell my 1535 sq ft 3 bhk apartment in Sobha silicon oasis. Anybody interested can contact me on Benefits: Currently builder is selling apartments in 2nd phase which is delivered in 2019 June but mine is in 1st phase which will be ready by dec 2017. I have taken no loan so buyer can choose loan from the bank per his wish. Little extra discount for phase 1 apartment than the current selling price by builder for phase 2 apartment. This is reg. real estate bill passed in the parliament (INDIA) what advantages can a customer (who booked flat for his personnel dwelling) have in a project say Sobha Silicon Oasis which is under costruction. Are there any disadvantages to the customer under the new real estate bill.

Hi, Can you tell the effect of Real Estate bill which is passed in the house recently on the prices of under-construction projects like Sobha Silicon Oasis. Most of the bookings have been done on Super Build up Area, but according to the bill builder needs to charge on the basis or carpet Area. Also will there be any delay due to approvals that needs to taken again from Regulatory Body?
Is it Better to wait and watch or take the advantage now?


Visited silicon oasis site looks like a very prospective project , only concern is high tension wires and electricity polls , exposed electricity wires all around the place .. Is sobha going to do some thing for that ? How safe it is to own a property there ?
