Water table is good in the locality, in some of the surrounding nearby area the depth of water was availabe at 250 feet and regarding cauvery water connection the supply is till Basapura, AECS layout and it is close by to the project, also govt is planning to lay the same in some time may be 2-3 years from now.

GW availability doesn’t mean that the tankers non-requirement, may be in summer time due to scarcity the necessity of tankers is needed. However even the cauvery connection would be possible in future course of time; as said in earlier thread the connection is till Basapura so the same can be expected
And regarding the pricing, Sobha projects has given good appreciation, but due to lot of rules and policies which is adhering to realestate sector there is a bit of slump, so in the long run the value will definitely appreciates

I have taken no loan so buyer can choose loan from the bank per his wish. Little extra discount for phase 1 apartment than the current selling price by builder for phase 2 apartment. Both are good projects, SSO would get an early possession when compared to PSS, so the choice would remain as on option to you based on your preference. The start price for 3 BHK in SSO would cost you Rs. 1.12 Cr onwards ( size of the unit – 1590 sqft) and where as in PSS 92 lacs appx ( size of the unit – 1614 sqft) Possession of appx Oct 2019 onwards

This is reg. real estate bill passed in the parliament (INDIA) what advantages can a customer (who booked flat for his personnel dwelling) have in a project say Sobha Silicon Oasis which is under costruction. Are there any disadvantages to the customer under the new real estate bill.

Visited silicon oasis site looks like a very prospective project , only concern is high tension wires and electricity polls , exposed electricity wires all around the place .. Is sobha going to do some thing for that ? How safe it is to own a property there ?
