Bad experience with Sumadhura Sales Team
Cheated by the sales team as they’re backing-off from the agreed deal price post taking token money.
I was in touch with the builder since Dec end, we closed on a price & I paid the token money in week 1 of Jan. I’m being told now to pay additional INR 500/sqft for allotment as the sales manager is telling me that he’s not getting approval from higher management for the price he agreed with me & the one I’ve paid the token for. Even for miscommunication between them internally, they are charging me ~9-10 lacs more. I thought Sumadhura as a brand won’t do something like this but I’m quite shocked by their behavior. Looks like their word’s worth is limited to <5-10L (shockingly less for a builder boasting about ambitious projects)
I was already in doubt while reading CRM reviews here but tasted that in booking itself.
Will suggest the prospective and existing buyers to be cautious of such instances
