I had a site visit to this project as I am seriosrly looking out for an investment. I have also visited The Rhapsody, After the Rain, and Windmill. Coming to this Quiet Earth, I would rate it as the worse in their line. There is a High Tension Cable line passing right through the middle of the Villas and will be a bad view from the flats. The reason for which the management has not kept an option to see the towers. A person paying 50 percent of the cost is unable to see the view from the top. I don’t understand the logic behind this. The flats they market are of South and West entry. So the vaastu too is imbalanced. Being cut off from the Hennur road into an isolated land with high tension cables passing through, I would say one is throwing money in a pond if he considers an investment here. Coming to the position part, I would say, it’s virtually impossible for them to give positions by Dec 2024.
To sum it up, I would say, it’s better to wait for some more time to see the towers and then invest.
It’s your money. Be wise. Today’s real estate market in Bangalore has vast options. I would not personally go for this project. The management was busy selling potatoes than selling an apartment.

The major concern of today is water and do you think or know off, of this project takes care or water and rejuvenation aspects for consistent water supply

All the TE Projects are equally good for Investment / Self Use & Yes, Its worth selling your existing property & buying this unless its in the prime location. Builder has considered water conservation & rejuvenation aspects while designing this project. So,need not to worry much. Builder offer multiple furnishing packages; you can opt based on your preference.
Interested in this project but I dont see any hospitals nearby . Are there any plans of upcoming hospitals nearby.Also is there any probability of Cauvery water coming here? Also I wanted to know if in general prices have been affected in these covid times.
