I am considering buying property in Meridian Park. But we have one concern. Meridian park has 2500 units/flats but only one clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court etc. Effectively there would be ~10000 people sharing these single amenities. Is this enough ? Looks on a lower side. I am new to property hunting so i am not sure if this is lower then standard.

As per the prestige website pricing are yet not decided but when i visited prestige they told all the 2BHK are already sold out. How come we get to know when they are ready to sell ? and what is the 2BHK price in prestige city excluding govt registration.

Units in Avalon park towers are sold out; where as few units are available in eden park and meridian park. 2 BHK price starts from Rs.59.4 Lacs Onwards. Prestige city sales team is a fraud. They take the cheque before 1 month as EOI and sell the same unit to others. These are frauds of highest degree including the project head. Since the people are not trustworthy, the brand is not trustworthy as well. Please be aware if you are thinking of buying your property from these thugs.

Could you help me understand if you have any information on how far the blocks will be from each other within the new phase which they are calling Meridian. Also, right now they have opened only few towers in this phase do you see the prices going up for the upcoming towers?
They have also kept channel partners to support the customers. Should we go through channel partners or directly with sales team?

The distance between each tower is 60 feet and between the blocks is 140 feet.
The prices are expected to increase for upcoming towers.
Channel partners are the extended marketing partner for the builders so you can opt a reliable Channel Partner as well !

I would like to inform, I visited Prestige City recenty, and hearing the diff distances between 3bhk tower in Merdian Park. Some sales gus says, 3bhk to 3bhk distance is 100ft and distance between phase 1 and phase 2 towers is 200ft, btwn other Sales guys or Channel partener quoted diff numbers in distance beween tower. Feel like there is no concrete answers even Prestige guys able to answer.Nothing is mentioned in Bruchers as well, I think, we all need to involve their Architect/Project management team to see documented dimentions.
Also if the distance is just 60ft between 3bhk towers, there this is too less, people can see through each other apartments, I have seen the same in some other Project where my frind is living around sarjapur road and he says its not really great, people there are forced to live in Curtains.
Whom shall we involve to clarify this.

There are no major land litigations as such. Minor issues are common in large scale developments & which will be sorted out by developers.
Project is worth considering for Self use or for Investment.
We didn’t find any major Cons towards the project apart from the Public Amenities like good Hospital & Recreational centres near by as of now; but eventually things will fall in place once the community become ready to live.
Besides, Project holds advantage in-terms of Connectivity, Mixed Development, Brand Advantage, Quality & Well Configured plans.
What will be price at the time of possession as per your views for 1865sqft flat..your predictions for vaswani exquisite is very accurate
