Considering prestige green gable would be right decision. Reason being, project is close to major tech parks & project surrounding is already developed when compared to prestige city this in return yield better rental returns and ROI.

– Price Appreciation and saleability considering if i choose to sell it near possesion(2025) or thereafter
– Future Prospects wrt to locality and civic infrastucture and accesibility
– Flat Purchase price considering Prestige is much higer priced than Brigade of the same dimension.

If you are not concerned about the location, then you can opt for any of the projects.
