Kindly share your suggestion on which should be the best option for self living and also on the below parameters-
– Price Appreciation and saleability considering if i choose to sell it near possesion(2025) or thereafter
– Future Prospects wrt to locality and civic infrastucture and accesibility
– Flat Purchase price considering Prestige is much higer priced than Brigade of the same dimension.
– Architecture of the project wrt to styling and landscapes/liveability
