Very disappointing experiance with Rohan Builders. I bought a 2BHK in ROHAN IKSHA, Bangalore
there is no cordination between marketing/sale team and construction team.Sale team will do all false promises and none of them will be fullfilled by construction team.
In my case they did not provide the slab,sink,tap in kitchen and not labour also. for labour they said they will give refund of 1900 RS which 1/3 of actual labour charge.in 88 lakh Rs apartment they are not co opeating with client to give basic facilty but sale team made so many fake prmises.
think twice before you go for Rohan. Dont expect any co ordination from Rohan

Hi,

I have booked 2 BHK in E Tower, I found rohan iksha as a better project when compared to other surrounding projects. i liked the architect and design. Pricing is also ok. Their subvention scheme – No pre emi till possession has helped me to overcome rent + emi burden.

Hello, I have done my shortlisting and looking for suggestion for which one to go. I am looking for living in this property and also from investment perspective, through i dont plan to sell my property for atleast 5 years, i am not sure weather i will live here for that long or not and might consider renting it out as well.
