Lot of construction activities are going on now. I went there in 2020 feb and went there again in jan 2021 project is close to completion. Building looks very Morden and premium. For me best part apart from my apartment is the landing common area and the infinity pool which has a fantastic view- Lake and greenery. I would highly recommend this property.
The apartments are truly spacious and the amenities are outstanding. Located quite well, offices, schools and grocery stores/ stores are close by that will help you reduce unnecessary travel. Fabulous views from the deck on the terrace.
As per RERA website, La Palazzo’s RERA certificate end date is 30/9/2019. And now in Oct 2020, builder is saying June 2021. Donot believe these people. You will regret.
The amenities are great and the floor plans are spacious. Since it’s located on the It corridor it’s very near to my office and I don’t have to spend too much time travelling in traffic which according to me is the best.
The amenities in this apartment is great. The Floor Plans are well done and I get a feel of luxury when I have a look at this apartment. The builder is also promising and keeps me updated on the handover status consistently. My buying experience was also good and the whole team guided me in the whole process as this is my first buy.
A lot of attention to detail has been given in building this apartment. Truly fitting the description of being luxury apartments, it is also located right on the edge of the IT corridor and also offers easy access to hospitals. The floor plans are practical to ensure large living spaces with zero wastage of space. Most bank for your buck compared to other developers that I’ve seen so far. I have complete confidence that the builder will hand over the apartment on time without any delay,
The apartment is stunning and quite spacious, really the views from the sky lounge on the terrace of the city are breathtaking. The huge residents-only clubhouse offers various activities and I am sure that my kids are going to have a great time living here. The builder KMB Group has done a great job in this project with no compromise on quality.
La Palazzo offers easy access to my office and also has good schools and world-class hospitals very nearby. Now that the Developer has registered under RERA.
Yes, Their was rock encountered while basement work was being done in both the phases of construction.
The developer has quoted Force Major and Rock and is within prescribed timelines of over due delivery.

– Completion timeline as per original schedule
– Your view / experience in obtaining OC in cases of joint structure, where one part is complete and the other is still Work in progress
– Your assessment of completion timeline ..may be basis the overall progress and current speed of construction

Construction is in progress scheduled for handover by year end subject to OC and phase two in the year 2018 .
It is in the normal course to get phase wise part OC from the BBMP.
Phase 2 is at the foundation level of construction activity and the retaining walls is being constructed currently, the entire podium shall be completed well in advance of handover to ensure there is no inconvenience to phase 1 owners.
The mock up apartment of La Palazzo will be ready for viewing beginning of September, it is suggested you personally visit the site to get complete understanding, Homznspace will be happy to facilitate this visit

I like La Pallazo configurations but looks like there is significant delay in the project. You have however mentioned that construction was in full swing 2 years ago. Is there any reason why it has slowed down and caused this delay (Can you also let know what was the original schedule). Also they have launched Phase 2 which has not even reached foundation stage. As Phase 1 and Phase 2 is a joint structure will they be able to obtain OC and provide possession for Phase 1 alone. Please let us know.

La Pallazo issue will be the choking on the sarjapur road and pollution + dust. It seems to be bang on the sarjapur road, There will be a lot of noise as well at night specially.
