Hi Harish,

DNR is now quoting 6600 per sq ft. Do you think it commands that kind of price considering that it is only their second project and do not count among the top brands ? What is your view on this compared to other projects near it in Sarajapur Road like Purva Whitehall, Saket or August Grand ?

Hello Harish, how does NGT 2016 ruling related to lakes construction impact this project? Builder is suggesting since they are having all the approvals it does not impact them. Per NGT ruling all construction under 75m have to be demolished. Please share your inputs.

Hello Harish, I am interested in investing in Sarjapur area. I checked out few projects DNR reflection, The Address makers and La Palazzo. La Palazzo seems to be running behind schedule. DNR’s last project DNR atmosphere had lot of issue like late delivery, bad construction quality. I didn’t find anything related to The Address makers. Can you please help me identify which is the best project in terms of ROI. Horizon is 3-5 years.


Amit, as you said, the project is running late for delivery. Also, after speaking to my friend who own the flat came to know that dnr customer care unit is very bad, always shy away from communicating even the key aspects of the project. The carpet area, what is heard, is they promised 70%, but they are giving 67%. Builders like DNR is a must stay away,


Visited this project, few very good points about this project are- 1. Very Good Location, close to everything including Colombia Asia Hospital which is coming close to this project. 2. Master Plan and floor plans, very spacious and open. They explained the efficiency aspect in relation to carpet area. I think their efficiency is higher than most of big builders.
3. Their Mock up unit is a must see. One of the best I have seen so far. Think it reflect on their taste of quality.4. Construction is in full swing with all approvals.
I agree with them when they say that any other developer would have made at least 50-60 units more.
I am negotiating with them on pricing. their quote is for 6150. How much discount can I expect?
